We're looking forward to welcoming spectators to Cadwell Park this Sunday for the North Humberside Stage Rally and Fireworks (20 November). Here is some useful information to help you make the most of your trip to the circuit.

Gate Opening Times

Entry to the circuit is from 7.30am with the first track action commencing at 9am.

Tickets

Advance ticket sales closed at 4pm on Thursday 17 November. Additional tickets will be available to purchase on the gate for £23, with discounts for 13-15-year-olds and free entry for under-13s.

If you have chosen to have tickets posted you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. If you haven't received yours, contact us urgently at [email protected].

All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

Print-at-home/e-tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, login to your MSV account to access them. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the circuit, you must have your e-tickets printed or scanned from your mobile device.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Parking

Parking is free in the main public car parks.

Programme

Official event programmes are on sale for £5 across the venue throughout the day.

Fireworks

The fireworks display is due to start at 18:30. Please listen for any announcements. 

Rally Stages

Due to the nature of this event, the normal circuit isn't the only part of Cadwell Park being used for competitive action, with various interior access roads also being incorporated into the rally stages. Please pay attention to signage and be vigilant to keep yourself, your family and the competitors safe.

Off-track entertainment

There is much more than just the rally action at this event, with plenty for people to see and enjoy away from the stages. Information about the off-track activities can be found here.

Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

Security

The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.

No dogs/animals permitted on site

No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] to advise if you will be brining a guide/assistance dog.

Scooters/bicycles - prohibited in public areas

Please note that use of personal two-wheeled vehicles, including scooters, e-scooters and bicycles is strictly prohibited within public areas of the venue.

Please respect our neighbours

We kindly ask that all ticketholders driving to the circuit this weekend, drive or ride carefully and considerately both when travelling to and leaving the venue.
