Series organiser SRO has confirmed a full 36-car entry for this season's Intelligent Money British GT Championship, which starts at Oulton Park on Easter weekend (7-10 April).

The full-season entry is split evenly between GT3 and GT4 cars, with nine manufacturers represented on the grid. Of the 71 drivers named on in this year's line-up, eight are top-line factory drivers and 10 are current or former champions.

This year's GT3 entry is the largest since 2014, while GT4 numbers have rebounded to pre-pandemic levels.

Reigning champion Ian Loggie's title defence will be boosted significantly by the full-time acquisition of teammate Jules Gounon in their Mercedes-AMG, but he faces a stern test to retain his crown. Swiss-Italian Raffaelle Marciello (Mercedes), a multiple international GT champion, is one of the series marquee signings for 2023, having joined RAM Racing.

The other top-line drivers include Jonny Adam and Ross Gunn (Aston Martin), Rob Bell and Marvin Kirchofer (McLaren), Sandy Mitchell (Lamborghini), and Dan Harper (BMW).

Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Lamborghini, BMW and Aston Martin will all field machinery in the GT3 category this year, while additional manufacturers including Porsche, Ginetta and Ford are included in GT4.

MSV venues will host five of this year's British GT rounds, with the season starting at Oulton Park with two one-hour races before a two hour encounter during the first visit to Donington Park on 27-28 May.

Two more one-hour races will feature at Snetterton on 17-18 June, before two-hour contests at Brands Hatch (9-10 September) and the traditional Donington Park decider brings the season to a close on 21-22 October.
