Currie tops final free practice at Bennetts BSB finale weekend

The Bennetts British Superbike Championship title will be decided over three races on the full Grand Prix circuit this weekend, and in this morning's final free practice 2015 champion Josh Brookes was fastest amongst the three title contenders.

His Be Wiser Ducati teammate Scott Redding, who leads the standings by 28 points, opted not to take part in this morning's session on a damp track and Tommy Bridewell, who sits behind Brookes in third, completed only a single lap. Quattro Plant JG Speedfit Kawasaki's Ben Currie was fastest.

Qualifying gets underway at 12.15pm, with race one at 4pm followed by two races tomorrow.

Tickets are available on the gate all weekend, priced £20 for adults today (Saturday) and £35 tomorrow (Sunday), with reductions for teens (13-15) and kids under 13 go free. Click here for full details.
