Everything you need to know about the Brands Hatch Historic Superprix

Thursday, June 30 2011

The annual HSCC Brands Hatch Superprix is a highlight of the historic calendar. If you're planning on coming along this weekend - and we hope you are! - here is some important information about this event.

Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 8am on all three days.

Campsite access
The campsite opens at midday on Friday and will close on midday Monday. Whilst camping is provided free of charge, please be aware that there are no facilities on the campsite.

Southbank Parking
Southbank is available for car parking (not bikes) free of charge on Friday and thereafter £2 per car on Saturday and £5 per car on Sunday. Click Here to download a pass.

You will need to bring your original tickets to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the Brands Hatch ticket office.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Official event programmes are on sale from the main entrance gates and the Megastore for £5. Each programme features in-depth articles on every series racing this weekend along with entry lists and information on the racing timetable.

Limited edition posters will be on sale in the Megastore for £3.

Grandstand seats
Grandstand seating is available in Paddock Hill Bend grandstand all weekend. Tickets are free on Friday, and cost £5 for Saturday and £5 on Sunday. They can be purchased from the Megastore opposite the Kentagon restaurant.

Autograph session
Desiré Wilson, the only woman to have won a Formula One race, will be signing autographs this weekend - keep an eye on this website later this week for further details

Off-track entertainment
Go karting courtesy of Buckmore Park is available for those aged 10+ at a cost of £12 for ten minutes, payable at the karting circuit beside the Kentagon restaurant.

Radio Brands 87.7FM
Radio Brands will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews and spectator information throughout the weekend. Earpiece radios will be on sale from the Megastore for £5.
