Supersized trucks set to thrill this weekend

Thursday, September 03 2020

The British Truck Racing Championship heads to Snetterton this weekend (19-20 September) for two days of heavyweight entertainment, and visitors are welcome to attend as the venue continues to operate at a reduced capacity. Main raceday tickets are on sale now for just £20, with free entry for under-13s - click here to book yours!

Truck racing is one of the most unique spectacles in motorsport, with five-tonne behemoths set to barge and clash their way around the high-speed 300 circuit. Expect to see plenty of wheelspins and epic power slides, as drivers go wheel-to-wheel several times across the weekend.

Despite their colossal weight, race trucks can reach speeds of 100 miles per hour thanks to their 1,000 horsepower engines, and they provide some of the most entertaining action you'll see all year at the Norfolk circuit.

If that wasn't enough, there's a packed support programme featuring American-style hot rod Legends, classic touring cars and more, providing hours of action to look forward to all weekend.

Visitors are welcome to attend, albeit with the venue continuing to operate at a reduced capacity. A range of hygiene and social distancing measures remain in place to ensure that visits are safe and enjoyable, in accordance with COVID-Secure guidelines. Click here to download the latest summary.

To guarantee admission to this event you must purchase tickets in advance by 4pm on Friday 18 September. Those in possession of a valid season or resident's pass may attend as normal with no need to pre-register.
