One month to go until British GT and F3 season opener

Tuesday, March 10 2020

There's just a month to go until the British GT and BRDC British F3 seasons blast into life at Oulton Park this Easter (10-13 April), and there's an epic weekend of action to look forward to on and off the track.

As is the custom, the Easter Weekend will be the first round for both categories, with British GT again boasting a jam-packed grid of exotic supercars, while F1 hopefuls of the future will look to make an instant impression in BRDC British F3.

British GT has one of the strongest grids in its history this year, with 19 cars in the premier GT3 category and 16 in GT4, and some of the world's most evocative marques represented including Lamborghini, Bentley, Aston Martin, Porsche and McLaren. Two one-hour races on Easter Monday will be one of the highlights of the Oulton Park season.

BRDC British F3 is also gathering another strong entry ahead of the new season, with a mix of returning drivers and series newcomers, all with eyes on moving up the ladder towards F1. A grid of around 20 of the hottest single-seater prospects around will race three times across the weekend in new-look cars, with the first race of the year taking place on the Saturday, plus two more on Easter Monday.

A big support race package will also be in action including the Ginetta GT5 Challenge and G40 Cup, Radical SR1 Cup and Track Attack Race Club.

With it being Easter, there's plenty of family fun to look forward to as well on Bank Holiday Monday, including an Easter egg hunt, plus a funfair open throughout the weekend.

Tickets are available in advance priced from £20 for adults, with discounts for teenagers aged 13-15 and free entry for children under 13. For more information and to book, click here.
