Spectator information about this Sunday's Vintage Motorsport Festival

Thursday, July 19 2018

The Vintage Motorsport Festival returns this Sunday (22 July), and we hope you're looking forward to visiting Cadwell Park. To help you make the most of your trip to the circuit, here is some important information about this event.

Click here to download a timetable for the event.

Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 7.30am on Sunday.

Advance online ticket sales have now closed, but you can still pay on the gate at the following prices:

Adults £20, Teens (13-15) £12, Senior Citizens £20
Children under 13 are free

If you have chosen to have tickets posted (not print-at-home) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the main MSV office at Brands Hatch.

Print-at-home tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, you can access them by logging on to your MSV account. Print all your e-documents and bring them to the venue. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue - you must have your e-tickets printed.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Grandstand seats
Grandstand seating is available in the Mountain Crest, Mountain Top and Club Hairpin stands for £5 per seat from the venue office.

Parking at the venue is free. Please follow signage and steward instructions for parking - due to a vintage display and trials demonstrations, the parking area and disabled viewing area in the Mountain Valley will be unavailable for this event.

Anyone camping within the venue on Saturday night will be asked to present a ticket for Sunday's race event.

Due to an enhanced risk of fire after exceptionally dry weather, all campers must be in the designated camping area in the paddock, and fire safety advice with regard to BBQs should be carefully noted. Please follow the link here for the latest information.

Official event programmes are available at the main entrance gates. Each programme features in-depth articles on the events taking place this weekend along with entry lists and information on the timetable.

Period music on the Airstream stage
Get in the vintage mood with our Airstream Stage and lounge in our deck chairs as you listen to live 1920s, 30s and 40s music.

Car displays and parades
Dozens of stunning vintage cars will be on display throughout the circuit, and this year there's a special vintage tractor display and lunchtime track parade.

Vintage car and bike trials
For the first time at Cadwell Park, vintage cars join with bikes to showcase an altogether different motorsport discipline in the woods at Mountain Bottom.

Adventure playground
Cadwell Park's adventure playground is located near the Clubhouse at Hall Bends and features a climbing frame, swings, adventure trail and more- suitable for age 4 years and up.

Bring a Ball
We've introduced soccer goal posts at the top of the grass paddock. So now, the kids can keep hold of their jumpers while they enjoy a kick around, rather than using them for goal posts.
