MOTUL FIM WSBK unveils 2021 full season entry list

The full season line-up for this year's MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship has been unveiled ahead of the two-wheeled series' highly anticipated return to Donington Park on 2-4 July.

The entry list features 24 riders on machinery from five different motorcycle manufacturers, including a strong contingent of British favourites and nine rookies.

Defending champions Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK retain Jonathan Rea and Alex Lowes for the new season, as the former aims for an extraordinary seventh title. The all-British line-up willl ride the new ZX-10RR.

Other top British talents on the grid will include Scott Redding who rides with with the Aruba.It Racing - Ducati team for a second season, with Italian rider Micharl Ruben joining him in factory leathers. Chaz Davies will be another British rider using Ducati machinery this year, riding for Team GoEleven.

Local favourite Leon Haslam and Tom Sykes remain on the grid for 2021 too, riding for Honda and BMW's works teams respectively. Haslam rides alongside Alvaro Bautista at Team HRC, whilst Sykes has a new teammate in Michael van der Mark at BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team.

Toprak Razgatlioglu is another high profile rider on this year's grid, riding for PATA Yamaha WorldSBK Team alongside Andrea Locatelli, in the youngest factory line-up on the grid. 

In total, riders from 11 different nations will will take to this season's grid - with two more of this season's 24 entries still to be confirmed.
