The inaugural BMW Sommerfest takes place at Donington Park this Sunday (7 August) with a packed out celebration of one of the world's leading automotive manufacturers and a sensational day of racing organised by the 750 Motor Club. If you're coming along, here's all the information you'll need to make the most of your visit.

Tickets
Advance ticket sales have now ended. Additional tickets will be available upon arrival at the venue, at the following prices:

Adults: £25
Teenagers aged 13-15: £14
Senior citizen (65+): £18

Children aged under 13 go free all weekend.

If you have chosen to have tickets posted you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted.

All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. If you haven't received them, contact us urgently at [email protected]

Print-at-home/e-tickets tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, login to your MSV account to access them - your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue. All e-tickets can be printed or scanned from a mobile device.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 7.30am.

Parking
You will be directed to our Main Entrance (near the paddock) on arrival, but should this get congested we will direct you to alternative entrances. All public parking is free of charge.

Disabled parking
A dedicated disabled viewing suite will be open throughout the weekend too, at Lower Redgate, with blue badge holder parking available outside it in the paddock.

Please speak to a member of security or a steward upon arrival at the main entrance, who will direct you to the relevant parking area.

Food and drink
The Garage 39 café, bar and restaurant in the heart of the paddock will be open throughout the event, with a wide range of food, drinks and refreshments on offer. Garage 39 will open from 7.30am until an hour after racing has concluded. Other mobile outlets will be open around the circuit in the most popular viewing areas.

Infield access
Access to the infield viewing areas this weekend will be via the spectator tunnels in the paddock (at the side of Garage 39), the Esses and Coppice.

Grandstand seats
Seating in the Hollywood Grandstand is available free of charge to all ticketholders this weekend. 

Weekend entertainment
As well as the on track action, there's a busy schedule of off-track activity as well, including big display areas from the BMW Car Club and individual owners, anniversary displays and a trade village, plus live music and more. Click here to see the full schedule.

Cashpoint
There is a cashpoint on site, which is located in the Garage 39 reception area.

Radio Donington 87.9FM
Radio Donington will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews and spectator information throughout the weekend. Earpiece radios will be on sale at the Donington Park Megastore for £11.

Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.
