We're looking forward to welcoming you to Snetterton for our summer round of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship this weekend (13/14 August). Here is some useful information to help you make the most of your trip to the venue.

Gate opening times 
Public admission to the circuit is from 8.00am on Saturday and 7.00am on Sunday. Please have your tickets ready upon arrival.

Parking information 
Parking is free of charge in all allocated public car parks.

Blue badge holders should follow public signage for disabled parking, or alternatively please speak to a member of staff on arrival.

Camping
Weekend ticketholders can camp from midday on Friday 12 August until midday on Monday 15 August. Facilities will be provided in full during this time.

There is no shop located on the campsite, but Tyrrells restaurant will be serving hot food, snacks and drinks. On the campsite (only) BBQs are permitted as long as they are raised off the ground, but open fires are not permitted.

A very limited number of adult camping tickets are available on the gate for £35, with a discounted price of £20 for 13-15-year-olds. Under-13s camp free.

Tickets 
All advance sales have now closed. Tickets will be available on the gate at the following prices:

Weekend: Adults £52, 13-15s £30 Senior Citizens £44
Saturday: Adults £22, 13-15s £14, Senior Citizens £16
Sunday: Adults £36, 13-15s £22, Senior Citizens £28

Please use card or contactless payments when possible.

If you have chosen to have advance tickets posted (not print-at-home) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

If you haven't received them, contact us urgently at [email protected].

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Print-at-home/e-tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, you can access them by logging on to your MSV account. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue - the e-tickets themselves must be printed or scanned from a mobile device.

Grandstands
A limited number of grandstand seats are available from the booths at each location on Saturday (only).

Programmes
Official event programmes are on sale from the Paddock entrance souvenir stand, the venue office, any grandstand, for just £5. Each programme contains features, details about this weekend's event, plus entry lists and other useful information.

Hot weather forecast
As the event is fully outdoors please make sure you plan in advance, keep an eye on the forecasts and come prepared for hot weather this weekend:

•    Avoid drinking alcohol excessively and bring plenty of drinking water
•    Bring high factor sun cream and reapply regularly
•    Take a wide-brimmed sun hat or baseball cap, plus sunglasses
•    Wear lightweight fabrics and cover up as much as possible 
•    Consider bringing an umbrella for shade

Important: Please don't use barbecues in any general spectating areas.

Please note that drinking water will be available from all permanent toilet blocks.

Live music
For those of you staying in our campsite on Friday or on Saturday, there will be live music in in the marquee at the 'Wilson' end of the campsite.

Cashpoint
We don't have a cash machine at the circuit, but most traders and food/drink outlets take card payments.

Here to help
Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.
