Bennetts BSB important spectator information

If you're coming to the Bennetts British Superbike Championship 'Party in the Park' at Cadwell Park this weekend (17/18/19 August), here's some important information to help you make the most of your weekend.

Gate opening times
The gate opening times this weekend are as follows:

Friday 8.00am
Saturday 7.30am
Sunday 7.00am

Advance online ticket sales have now closed, but you can still pay on the gate at the following prices:

Friday: Adults £10, Teens (13-15) £6, Senior Citizens £8
Saturday: Adults £16, Teens (13-15) £10, Senior Citizens £13
Sunday: Adults £34, Teens (13-15) £20, Senior Citizens £26
Children under 13 are free.

If you have chosen to have tickets posted (not print-at-home) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the main MSV office at Brands Hatch.

Print-at-home tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, login to your MSV account to access them. Print all your e-documents and bring them to the venue. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue - you must have your e-tickets printed.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

The general and quiet campsites both open at 12 noon on Thursday 16 August. Please do not arrive before this time, as there is no holding area and you will be moved on from the roadside.

Camping on site is sold out for the weekend, however there is a selection of nearby campsites here .

Please note: The Cadwell Park campsites are sold out, and are based on people numbers - not pitches. Please do not bring additional members of your party expecting to buy a wristband on entry, as we will not be able to grant access. This includes children.

Bike Parking
Bike parking will be in the main north car park on Friday and Saturday. There will be no access to the infield on these days.

On Sunday, we will have new bike parking arrangements, including a dedicated bike park in the live entertainment area, with ticket entrance through the band tent.

Please follow steward instructions on arrival.

Helmet and Leather Park
The local Rotary Club Charity is running a helmet and leather park on Saturday and Sunday as follows:

Saturday - There will be a helmet and leather park in the north car park, where all public parking is.

Sunday - We have a new car park in the band compound, and there will be a helmet and leather park in here, then a second one inside the venue on the grass area down towards Mansfield Bank, where there is a limited amount of bike parking as in previous years.

Rider Signings
Come and meet your favourite riders for autographs and selfies at the Bennetts BSB hub, which is located in the trade area at Mountain bottom)

12:00 - 12:20 Jake Dixon and Andrew Irwin

11:00 - 11:20 Glenn Irwin and Bradley Ray

Josh Brookes and Tarran Mackenzie will be signing autographs in the Monster Energy zone at 11:30 on Sunday.

Kids' Entertainment
This year, we're teaming up with the 'Superstars' Entertainment Team from Golden Palm Resort in Skegness to provide free kids' entertainment. Entertainment times will be 11am and 2pm on Friday and Saturday in the 'Live Entertainment' marquee.

Cadwell Park's adventure playground, located near the Clubhouse at Hall Bends, features a climbing frame, swings, adventure trail and more for children aged 4 years and up.

Special Bike Display
The Display Area, outside the venue office will play host to a range of iconic race bikes across the weekend, showcasing Cadwell Park's rich motorcycle racing heritage. In addition, a special Grand Prix Bike display and the mesmerising Barry Sheene Experience will add to the spectacle.

Mobility Support
Infield parking is restricted to blue badge holders only. Please have your pass displayed as you approach the venue and only park in designated disabled parking / viewing areas.

We have a vehicle and driver available to assist our guests who may have mobility issues, but who do not have a blue badge. If you require mobility support, please call the office on 01507 343 248 and our team will be happy to help.

Off-track Entertainment

Trade Village

A trade area will be in operation all weekend, with dealers and manufacturers represented, plus championship partners and stalls selling parts, accessories and rider and team merchandise. The Trade Area is located in the valley at the base of the Mountain.

Evening Live Music
Several bands will be providing evening entertainment at the band marquee, located in the family entertainment area near the main gate, as follows:

Friday: Lincoln indie rock band Albany 19.45-21.30 and, back for 2018, Stolen Fridays from 21.45 to close

Saturday: Conspiracy Rising from 19.45 - 21.15

Big screens
To help you keep up with all the action there will be a large screen showing all of Monday's action located at the main Spectator Bank, Charlies Exit and Gooseneck.

You won't miss any of the commentary from anywhere around the circuit by tuning in to 87.7FM. You can also contact the Bennetts BSB radio team via text to 60777 starting your message with bsb or by email to studio@britishsuperbike.com.

Event programmes are available for just £5 from the dedicated programme booths or from the circuit office. Each programme includes rider profiles and a selection of in-depth articles on all championships competing this weekend.

Tickets will be available on the gate throughout the weekend, priced as followes: Friday £10, Saturday £16, Sunday £34. There are reductions for teens and seniors and kids under 13 go FREE! Full details here.
