MCE BSB Oulton Park - Important Spectator Information

Thursday, April 30 2015

Whether you've already purchased tickets, or if you're coming along to Oulton Park this weekend (2/3/4 May) for the third round of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship, here is some important information to help you make the most of your visit.

Tickets will be available on the gate for:

£10 on Saturday (Practice)
£14 on Sunday (MCE BSB Qualifying and Support Races)
£32 on Monday (Main Raceday)
Free entry for under-13s on all days

Advance purchasers will need to bring their original tickets to the circuit - copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to:

Ticket Office
MotorSport Vision Centre
Brands Hatch Circuit

Advance ticket holders should ensure that their tickets are separated before arriving at the gate.

Weekend Camping
All public camping is located behind Old Hall corner. There will be no public camping in the infield. All campers will enter the campsite via the East gate entrance, where a member of staff will direct you to the relevant camping area.

Access to the campsite will be available from midday this Friday (1 May). Camping tickets can still be purchased on the gate at a cost of £27 per person; under 13s go free.

Grandstand seating
There are two grandstands at the circuit - one at Old Hall and one at Lodge corner, each offering stunning views. Places are very limited; seats will cost £5 on Sunday and £16 on main raceday and will be able to purchase direct from the grandstand locations.

Event programmes are available for just £5 from the dedicated programme booth opposite Chequers restaurant and the Fogarty Moss Centre. Each programme includes rider profiles and a selection of articles on all championships competing this weekend.

Pit walk
There is a free pit walk on main race day (Monday) at 11:15, giving you the chance to meet all of your favourite MCE BSB riders. Anyone intending to take part will need to arrive at the queuing point next to the Race Control building at least 15 minutes in advance.

Off-track entertainment
In addition to the activities mentioned above, there will also be off-track entertainment including a fun fair, plus free face painting in Chequers Restaurant, which also features an adventure playground located adjacent.

A beer tent will be located next to the Chequers restaurant and will play host to a live band Traces of Nuts on Saturday night and a disco on Sunday night.

Gate opening times
Oulton Park will be open to the public from 08:30 on Saturday, 09:00 on Sunday and at 07:30 on Monday.

Big screen
You won't miss any of the action on Monday thanks to a giant TV screen located at Cascades. Two other big screens are located opposite the grandstands at Old Hall and Lodge.

MCE BSB radio
Tune in to 87.7FM to hear all the commentary from anywhere around the Oulton Park circuit. You can also contact the team with comments and questions by emailing studio@britishsuperbike.com or by texting 60777 and starting your message with "bsb".
