Motorcycles of all shapes and sizes will head to the challenging Cadwell Park circuit this weekend 2/3 July for the latest round of the Derby Phoenix Club Bike Championships.

Bikes ranging from 125cc right up to the powerful multi-cyclinder 1000cc Superbikes will battle around the popular Lincolnshire venue, in a fascinating line up of races throughout the weekend.

The Derby Phoenix Motor Cycle Club is a thriving organisation that caters for various types of bikes and sidecars, predominantly for riders based in the north of England.

The Allcomers class for 700cc-1300cc bikes should provide a thrilling battle with the top-three riders split by just two points. The Formula 125 class is another entertaining category, as Nathan Harrison is just 12 points behind championship leader Sam Edwards.

Thunderbikes, Mini Thunderbikes, Pre-Injection 600, Superstock 600, Formula 400, Formula 600, Four strokes, early Injection 1000, Steel Frame 600, are all involved in a packed racing schedule.

Formula 1 and Formula 2 sidecars will also entertain as the title race reaches the halfway mark. The pairing of Ben Bygrave and Callum Lawson lead the F1 standings, but they are closely followed by Scott Lawrie and Jamie Neave. John and Susan Longmore top the F2 standings.
