Everything you need to know about BSB Oulton Park this weekend

Wednesday, April 28 2010

If you're coming along to Oulton Park this Bank Holiday weekend (1/2/3 May), here is some important information to help you make the most of your visit to the third round of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship.

You will need to bring your original tickets to the circuit - copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the venue office.

Trackside Lounge and hospitality upgrades
VIP viewing is available this weekend in the Fogarty Moss Centre with a Trackside Lounge upgrade. For just £55, you can watch all the racing action from the comfort of a luxury suite with superb trackside views through Cascades, plus enjoy live timing screens and catering and pay bar facilities. This upgrade can be purchased this weekend from the Fogarty Moss Centre.

Luxury hospitality upgrades are also available for the Fogarty Moss Centre for £106, featuring breakfast, a two course buffet lunch, afternoon tea and a complimentary race programme. For more information call 01474 875224 today (Wednesday) or email corpsales@motorsportvision.co.uk.

Limited edition event programmes are available for just £5 from the Fogarty Moss Centre and a dedicated paddock programme booth opposite Chequers restaurant. Each programme includes rider profiles and a selection of in-depth articles on all championships competing this weekend.

Pit walkabout
There is a pitwalk on qualifying day (Sunday) at 10:30 and on raceday (Monday) at 11:45, giving you the chance to meet all of your favourite BSB riders. Anyone intending to take part will need to arrive at the queuing point next to the Race Control building at least 15 minutes in advance.

Weekend Camping
Camping will be available to purchase at the gate for £25 per person. Children aged 12 and under camp free. The campsite opens at 18:00 on Friday and there are two camping areas; infield camping and family camping.

Off-track entertainment
In addition to the activities mentioned above, there will also be off-track entertainment including a fun fair and free face painting in Chequers restaurant.

Gate opening times
Oulton Park will be open to the public from 7.00am on all three days (Saturday, Sunday, Monday).
