See the new NASCAR Euro Series car at Tuesday's free MSVR event

Monday, February 15 2016

Motorsport Vision Racing (MSVR), the race-organising division of MSV, will be launching its 2016 season at Brands Hatch tomorrow (Tuesday), including an appearance from the new NASCAR Whelen Euro Series Ford Mustang, and entry to the venue is free to spectators.

Almost all of MSVR's 23 car racing championships will be represented at the event, which includes test sessions from 11:30 am until 5:00pm, with a 90-minute lunch break from 12:30pm.

Taking to the track will be the new-for-2016 NASCAR Whelen Euro Series Ford Mustang, which is set to star at this June's American SpeedFest IV. It's a rare chance to see the sensational new car which will ignite the European franchise of the iconic stock car championship this season.

The list also covers a wealth of saloon car championships and series, including the classic 3-Series cars from the Production BMW Championship and cult heroes of the Toyo Tyres Racing Saloons, Trackday Trophy and Trackday Championship. A variety of Volkswagens, SEATs and more from the VAG Trophy will also be mixing it with the MINI Challenge machines.

There will be sportscars from Radical's many championships, plus representatives of the Atom Cup, Elise Trophy and Lotus Cup championships. The list also includes the supercars from the GT Cup Championship.

Single-seaters will be well-represented as MSVR runs several championships and series, including the brand new Tatuus-Cosworth that will contest BRDC Formula 4, the UK's leading single-seater championship. Also included will be the multi-marque Monoposto and F3 Cup, plus the classic Kent-engined Formula Fords of the Champion of Brands and Super Series.
