Spectator information for this weekend's Tunerfest North

If you're coming to Oulton Park for this weekend's  Tunerfest North event, here's everything you need to know to help you make the most of your day.

Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 08:00 on Saturday.

Car Parking
Parking is free of charge for all public car parks. Please follow directional signage on arrival.

Camping
Ticket holders are welcome to camp free of charge from 17:00 on Friday 12 July until 19:00 on Saturday night. There will be limited facilities provided during this time. Please head to the main gate on arrival and you will be directed to the camping area on the inside of Lodge corner. 

Tickets
If you have chosen to have tickets posted (not print-at-home) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the main MSV office at Brands Hatch, Fawkham, Longfield, Kent, DA3 8NG.

Print-at-home tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, login to your MSV account to access them. Print all your e-documents and bring them to the venue. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue - you must have your e-tickets printed.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

If you need to purchase any additional admission tickets, these are available on the gate for £20 for adults, £12 for teens (13-15) and £20 for Senior Citizens. Under-13s go free! 

Programmes
Official event programmes are available from vendors across the venue free of charge. Each programme features in-depth articles on the events taking place along with entry lists and information on the timetable.

Public track time
There are four 15-minute public track time sessions running at 10:10, 12:05, 13:50 and 16:15. All drivers must show their DVLA licence and bring/hire a helmet. Sessions are £35 and passengers are £10. Bookable at Chequers Restaurant.

Pit lane walkabout
There will be a free pit lane walkabout and autograph session at 13:00 on Saturday - please queue at the pit lane gate in the paddock by the race control building.

Off-track entertainment
Expect to see a big, array of modified cars filling the off-track areas of the venue.

Oulton Park's adventure playground, located by the funfair, will be open throughout the weekend for children of all ages from toddler to 14. There are climbing frames, swings and more.

There will be a trade village located in the main paddock area.

Drift demos
Drift cars will be on track at the following times:
09:50 - 10:05 Practice
12:25 - 12:40 Demonstration 1
15:55 - 16:10 Demonstration 2

Drift taxis
Drift taxis will be available for rides on the rally stage, please visit the Rally Hut to book your place. Individual charges apply.

Rally and supercar displays
There will be a range of rally and supercars on display, with a series of on-track demonstration laps at 15:30.

Cashpoint
There is a cashpoint on site, located inside Chequers restaurant.

WiFi
Free WiFi can be accessed from the pit garages and spectator grandstands at Oulton Park, plus inside Chequers restaurant. To access the facility, simply select MSV-HOTSPOT-WIFI and enter your details.

Radio Oulton
Broadcasting circuit commentary all weekend on 87.7 FM, don't miss out on anything by purchasing a radio from the shop in Chequers reception and the programme booths.

Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.
